Leah is an Irvine, California native who specializes in residential real estate sales in Orange and San Diego Counties. Leah joined the real estate industry in early 2015 where she worked in property management for Irvine Property Management, Inc. Once she obtained her real estate license in May of 2015, Leah began focusing on leasing and sales. Since then, she became certified as a transaction coordinator and obtained her Broker's License. Leah has been part of The Sully Group team since 2017 and serves as the client relations and compliance manager for the brokerage.
Leah graduated from UC Santa Barbara where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree and a certification in exercise and sports science. During her time at UCSB, she competed as a Division 1 volleyball player, receiving the Most Valuable Player award along with school career all-time records. In her free time, Leah loves spending time at the beach or outside playing volleyball, softball and lawn games.

Gary has a vastly diverse background in the field of real estate which includes real estate sales, 1031 Exchanges, property investments, property management, and residential homes construction and remodeling, along with offering sound and professional real estate knowledge and experience. Over the past 30 years, Gary has developed a solid clientele base focusing on real estate in the Orange County area.
A California native, Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. He is an active member of the Orange County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Apartment Association of Orange County. He grew up in Orange County and resides there today with his family.
Karen’s career in the real estate, planning, and land development field spans over 30 years where she has specialized in land use entitlement, policy planning, environmental review, and community and public relations. Karen spent time as a professional City Planner working for the cities of Fountain Valley, Mission Viejo and Orange. Since 2006, Karen has owned and operated her own consulting land use, planning, and entitlement firm assisting developers, land and property owners and citizens in pursuing permits and entitlements for their properties and land holdings.
Karen holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Urban, City and Regional Planning from California State University, Fullerton and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Applied Arts and Sciences in Housing and Urban Renewal from San Diego State University. She spent two years of undergraduate work at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she was an exchange student and spent several months studying abroad in Cuernavaca,Mexico.
